Master  Bijay  is a unique and authentic International yoga teacher from Himalayas, India. He conducts various authentic yoga teacher training and workshops. His teaching and yoga have a holistic, spiritual, and healing approach. Bijay Ji was introduced to yoga when he was a child. A decade ago, he had Kundalini awakening that uplifted his spiritual practice and to realize that all are one. This made him to renounce for many years from a materialistic thing and to live on isolations at Himalayas and ashrams. He specializes in asanas(Hatha), Pranayama, Yoga Philosophy, Kundalini, Mediatation, Kriyas, and Tantra. Right now he offering Multistyle Yoga Teacher Training ,Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training and Traditional Kundalini Yoga Teacher training at Dharamshala, Goa, Bali  and Europe. 

Additional cost of 250 USD for 3 times: breakfast, snack and fruits, and dinner. No food on Sunday.

Healthy and tasty Vegetarian Meals

soShanti  provides two times freshly cooked Sattvic vegetarian meals a day complete with Gluten Free and Vegan options. The menu varies daily and includes organic foods sourced from the Ashram farm. Breakfast includes Ayurvedic herbal tea, homemade muesli, porridge, parantha or fruit samosas, and fruits. Lunch and Dinner often consist of Dal (beans), vegetables (pumpkin, carrot, cauliflower, peas, spinach), rice and chapatti.
